About Me

I’m a hormone health educator specializing in nervous system care. For over two decades, I’ve worked with the body — teaching movement, training teachers, and exploring how fascia, breath, and biology shape the way we live.

My background includes certifications in:

I've owned two wellness studios, led teacher trainings, and taught at festivals and conferences across Canada and Europe. My work integrates physiology, fascia, and the science of breath — bringing real biology into how we move, rest, and live.

After supporting hundreds of women, one truth became clear:
We were never taught how our own bodies work.
We were told to push through, shrink down, or disconnect.

So now I teach what should’ve been the foundation from the start —how your cycle actually works, how your nervous system responds across the month, and how to live, eat, move, and plan in rhythm — without burning out.
